Practical Information

The above conference is financed by DG NEAR, within the framework of the ENI East Instrument.

 

Venue

The conference will be held in Double Tree by Hilton. For more information visit the website 

The conference will start at 09:00 on 25/11/2021. A registration desk will be open at the venue 1hr in advance. At the registration desk, you will be kindly asked to sign an attendance list.

Catering & Social events

Coffee breaks and buffet lunches will be offered at the venue for the duration of the event. 

A Closing dinner is offered by European Commission on the 25 November  for all participants.

Event schedule

Meeting: 25 November - 26 November 2021.

Arrival: 24 November 2021 at the earliest.

Departure: 27 November 2021 at the latest. The participants who take part in the previous Workshop will arrive on the 21 November and return on the 27 November. This participation will be approved by Ms. Popovici.

Accommodation

EC sponsored participants will be provided with a single room accommodation, as per arranged travel itinerary at the Double Tree by Hilton Lisbon hotel : Rua Engenheiro Vieira da Silva, n 2, 1050-105, Lisboa, Portugal.

Participants which are not sponsored by the EC are kindly asked to contact the hotel directly for availability.

Insurance

Please note that participants are not insured by European Commission while taking part in the meeting unless you insure yourself prior to the visit.

COVID-19

All COVID related costs will be refunded in cash on site. Please be informed that you will need a return COVID PCR test before return which will be also refunded after the test.

Simultaneous interpretation English and Russian will be provided throughout the event.

If you have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to ludmila. magkaeva@cecoforma.com so we can minimise financial losses and give another participant the possibility to join the event.
