The conference will start at 09:00 on 20/10/2022. A registration desk will be open at the venue 1hr in advance. At the registration desk, you will be kindly asked to sign an attendance list.

Catering & Social events

Coffee breaks and buffet lunch will be offered at the venue of the event. 

A Welcome dinner on the 19 October is offered by the European Commission. A dinner on the 20 October is also organised and offerd for all participants.

Event schedule

Meeting: 20 October - 21 October 2022.

Arrival: 19 October 2022 at the earliest.

Accommodation

EC sponsored participants will be provided with a single room accommodation with breakfast included, as per arranged travel itinerary at the Marriott Tbilisi hotel : Rustaveli avenue, 13, 01080, Tbilisi, Georgia. All extras costs should be covered privately.

Insurance

Please note that participants are not insured by European Commission while taking part in the meeting unless you insure yourself prior to the visit.

COVID-19

All COVID related costs will be refunded in cash on site. Please check if you need a return COVID PCR test which will be also refunded after the test.

Please inform yourself about the current entry regulations for Georgia. These apply to all participants travelling on international flights to Georgia.

Cancellation and no-show policy

If you have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to ludmila. magkaeva@cecoforma.com so we can minimise financial losses and give another participant the possibility to join the event.
